Good God MacIntyre is there nothing else that you can write on other than this endless tripe of Emery? Or are you hoping to comfort Jodie during her husband's five year absence?

Jodie's doing this to milk Emery's supporters out of every dime. She has a Porsche, a mink stole, and a condo in Colombia to pay for.

Thanks for posting that, Hugh. Jody did an excellent job.

To "Free Marc Emery" the statists need to be attacked at the core of their Prohibitionist machinery.

And that means their ideas, obviously.

Because at present MOST of the public believes as the Prohibitionist State wants them to: that deep, deep, down, certain substances are "bad" and the State is entitled to persecute those that are in any way involved with "bad" substances.

Even the majority of marijuana USERS are essential Canadians in that they defer to authority most of the time.

That marijuana is "bad", and State persecution is good are ideas considered to be the norm.

Until that norm and those enforcing it are neutralized, denormalized, NOTHING can be done for the countless victims of the drug war in Canada.

The fact a guy can be caged in another country for selling seeds and the majority of Canadians are indifferent, is proof of the power of the Prohibitionist movement, which also includes brownshirts like MADD, as well as the machinery of the State.

Rob Nicholson and Stephen Harper need to be hit where it hurts; they need to be taken out as functioning political entities.

Instead of working for one party alone -- the Greens -- that clearly have been cowardly on this issue (WHERE is Elizabeth May?), Jodie Emery needs to build an alliance party with everybody but the Tories in Vancouver. An Alliance needs to be built to take Nicholson out. Ditto Harper.

Free us from this pot head I say. I saw Marc on CTV a while back and he was 100% stoned.
Marc is a dope dealer plain and simple.

Posted by: Merle Terlesky | 2009-11-15 3:31:00 PM

What makes you think the other parties would implement your agenda? Sounds like wishful thinking to me. Anyway, Jodie's already in mourning - she's wearing black. Let's hope that she sobers up and realizes what a loser Emery is.

Posted by: Zebulon Pike | 2009-11-15 3:31:48 PM

JC:

Written like a true loser.

Yeah, even before you were born, you were doomed to a life of oppression because of your stupid future choices.

Look in the mirror to see the enemy. It is you.

I make it a policy not to date my supplier.

It would be easier for non libertarian types to have sympathy for Emery if he was not such an opportunist. And if the person blogging on here in the past claiming to be Emery really was him, then he is also abrassive and closed minded.

However, I defend the freedom of people I don't like and therefore defend his.

Posted by: TM | 2009-11-15 6:06:23 PM

Lightning, the point of my post is in the last sentence so there is no need for me to provide evidence.

Posted by: TM | 2009-11-15 6:34:30 PM

Seems like a half-wit, but she managed to cry right on queue, then recover just enough to ask for money. It was all quite seamless.

If that's your idea of a desirable woman, I'm afraid you've been stoned a little too long.

Posted by: dp | 2009-11-15 8:23:05 PM

reck everything? I don't reck nuthing! And I'm not into golden showers, either. Not even if she begs.

Why would I tell a piece of garbage like you anything about my "ol lady"? I'd stomp you into the ground, if you ever got near me.

Posted by: dp | 2009-11-15 9:15:28 PM

Just what I like to see.

No serious attention for this obsessive/compulsive topic.

Flail away, guys. This is fun.

Posted by: set you free | 2009-11-15 9:28:30 PM

@ set you free:

If I had any effing idea what you are trying to say, I'd likely call you a moron. But I am really, really trying not to be unfair to morons.

Posted by: JC | 2009-11-15 9:29:56 PM

@Merle:

Your comments are not even in your self interest. Perhaps one day -- one day very soon -- the State will decide to "free us" of guys who picket gay pride parades.

If they can cage a guy for selling seeds they can cage a guy for disapproving of homosexuality and its public expressions.

Posted by: JC | 2009-11-15 9:33:30 PM

She said "everyone knows someone that sold a bit of pot" Oh come on!!!! Marc sold more than a bit of pot- He sold a shit load of seeds/pot. What a coward liar she is!!!
As for the tent city, how does one sit in a tent all day?? Well if one is a unemployed welfare degenerate then I suppose its not hard!
Ya nice fake cry there at the end!!!!

Posted by: Merle Terlesky | 2009-11-15 9:33:52 PM

JC:

Yeah. And one day, if you don't wear the approved type of sunglasses, the state will tie you up, take your clothes off (not necessarily in that order) and make you lay there while it pours rain.

And, then, when the state is done with you, some secret society will inflate your money and make it worthless.

After that, a woodpecker will whistle Take Me To St. Louis, Louis.

This ‘I'm oppressed' stuff is so much fun, I could go on all day.

Posted by: set you free | 2009-11-15 9:41:50 PM

Lightning, yes I see what you mean. But my point is still missed. Let me try saying it differently. Defending freedom is easy when you like someone, or like what they say. It is when you don't like them that your belief in freedom is tested. I believe in freedom and defend Emery's right to say whatever he wants.

Posted by: TM | 2009-11-15 10:18:13 PM

Lightning, one more thing. My opinion of Emery is shaped in part by what I read on this blog by someone using his name. I realize the person may no have even been Emery. In which case I might find I liked the guy.

Posted by: TM | 2009-11-15 10:21:07 PM

Lightning, I will do so.

Posted by: TM | 2009-11-15 10:43:19 PM

The only time he does make any sense is when in jail
although some of his saskatoon jail blogs left me thinking he cooked toooo long on one side

he is irrelevant because he took the easy way out

he lived the life when he was rollin and dissed who ever he targeted as too many things went to his head

only started paying seeds and or even registered a party again just to sell more seeds and continue to live the life
did nothing politically except hurt others efforts

well under his breath he mumbled that legalization should never happen or he would be no one

the clown of cannabis.....now the clown of the western standard

and number 3 on their list to boot hahhahahhaaa

he plead guilty people......what are you to do with no fight and only cowardice where once had been supposedly Gandhi and or martin luther ?

he never ever ever thought the americans would call his number

not for one second !!

we see his real courage as he caved and begged canadian jail

fill your boots trying to help...clean up his mess

myself I will work prohibition where it counts

@ set you free:

You continue your record for greatest number of uninterrupted, unintelligible posts.

Your economically illiterate remark about inflated currency is beneath imbecility.

You are the epitome of government school-damaged citizenry.

Please -- stop embarrassing yourself.

Your calibre of conservative "thought" makes one nostalgic for the angry stylings of one Shane Matthews.

Posted by: JC | 2009-11-16 2:05:36 AM

"And, then, when the state is done with you, some secret society will inflate your money and make it worthless."

Secret society = central banks. Look up numbers for the money supply genius, they're public.

If you actually look at the numbers, you'll notice massive increases in the money supply of almost every major industial country. That can only mean CPI and/or asset inflation down the road. How do you think we got into the mess in the first place?

If they continue inflating it will be worthless. Good grief, could that comment be any more idiotic?

Posted by: Charles | 2009-11-16 7:25:27 AM

JC and Charles:

Psyched you both!

Just trying to parody your underlying paramoia, embellished iand enhances in a direct relationship with drug intakes.

Thanks for providing further proof that feelings of ‘they're out to get me' play a major role in how you continue your voluntary self-enslavement.

You mistake your lack of self-control and inability to make rational decisions that lead to positive outcomes as something that is done to you by somebody more powerful. In other words, your subculture's narrative and the drug dealer's business needs a strawman enemy, an oppressor.

The reality is that you are prisoners of your own design and your failures are your failures, not anybody else's fault.

You've been lied to because, in fact, you have within you the potential to be much better. Nobody is holding you back. Nobody is oppressing you. It's your dealer who's enslaving you, not the people who are more successful than you are.

Continue to buy the deception if you like. It's a free country. Just make sure you blame yourself for your character weaknesses you're attempting to mask and that you will not even acknowledge. You know what they are.

Work on getting rid of the things within your own personality that are holding you back. You'll be a much better person for it.

Posted by: set you free | 2009-11-16 10:39:37 AM

Seeds or pot ya whatever makes you sleep at night. He is a wasteful useless pot head dealer.

Posted by: Merle Terlesky | 2009-11-16 8:00:16 PM

@ set you free:

Still as incoherent and clueless as a bag of hammers, I see. And still insulting.

Listen, cupcake: I do NOT do drugs.

I am, like every other Canadian, interfered with on a daily basis by a degree of government that did not exist in my grandparents time, or before.

You are not only proof of the damage publik skools can do, but of the fact that the State has succeeded to an incredible degree in convincing you that you are NOT a slave.

Much like the Devil's greatest trick was in convincing man he did not exist ;-)

So, please, tell me how you ENJOY VOLUNTARILY paying fees and taxes, and how much you crave opportunities to conform to countless laws and regulations. And if you really are doing so voluntarily, why do we need laws and their enforcement in the first place?

Posted by: JC | 2009-11-16 8:31:41 PM

@Merle:

You sound like a six year old at recess calling people names to curry favour with the principle, or something.

Do better.

And unless you are 100% free of all alcohol and caffeine and all prescription and OTC drugs, SHUT THE HELL UP.

Posted by: JC | 2009-11-16 8:35:36 PM

JC:

Nobody controls me and I attempt to control nobody.

Through the practise of self-control, I have come to the conclusion that I am not a slave to any human being.

As for paying taxes, I have a great accountant that gets me tens of thousands of dollars of refunds every year. If I told you any more, I'd have to have you killed but it's all honest and legal.

I have no problem helping pay for roads, hospitals and schools, since somebody else was stuck with the tab of paying for my education.

After my dad left us when we I was eight years old, my mom survived by cleaning houses, growing a huge garden and cashing her welfare cheque.

My net worth is more than half a million bucks now and, even though I appreciate how much help my mom got, I have this curious attitude that I know how to spend my money better than some stranger in Ottawa.

I suffer none of the paranoia and delusions that seem to be pervasive around here about how their choices are somehow being restricted by a big, bad state.

That's because the state cannot legislate against wise choices.

I'm no more intelligent than any other human being on this planet, but I'm doing just fine because I have made the choices that are best for me.

Thanks for asking.

Posted by: set you free | 2009-11-16 9:31:23 PM

set you free, the state's intrusion into your life is incremental and not worth fighting against for most of us, most of the time. But since they can use force, even deadly force against you, you should be vigilant. Not paranoid.

By the way, they can legislate against wise choices. Wise for you may not always be wise according to the state. You may determine that it is wise to take certain vitamins but the state says you cannot. You may find it wise to not waste your money on something the sate legislates you must do or pay for.

The bottom line, is the state CAN legislate against wise choices, because only you define wise choices for you.

Posted by: TM | 2009-11-16 11:16:44 PM

he only paid taxes because that was his response to the first government inquiries about what he was doing

he paid them to continue reaping the rewards of tons of ill gotten loot

he never approached them kiddies..trying to do the right thing...not even close
he is no hero unless you really are just misinformed

but then I was there and do have an opinion

besides he is out of jail now on bail so as I said I will be surprised if he even makes it to a USA jail...as he wishes ...so don't hold your breath as I do not think it is about granting his wishes

oh and anyone who thinks he never sold pot is also silly and so green behind the ears I want to sell them some Mars property I have the deed to....OK?
cheers
