Leviathan Kills
It seems that the Europeans are willing to sacrifice the health and welfare of their patients on the altar of labor rights and maximum hours thereby creating waiting lists. For a while we could point to the Europeans as a mixed healthcare system where waiting lists were shorter than Canadia's, but alas the world seems to be wanting to go down the drain all at once.
