Technically, wasn't the budget passed by Paul Martin's minority government with the support of the NDP in exchange for amendments that scrapped corporate tax cuts and implemented a crapload of new spending Canada's first NDP budget?

this budget is terrible and is going to saddle our children, and our children's children, with so much debt that it makes me want to cry......of course, i won't, because men don't cry. i'll suck it up, seek comfort with the lord, pull myself up with my own bootstraps and go out there and look into joining the western separatist movement. stephen harper is just another eastern, liberal elite that wants to mortgage our children's future to pay for ghettos in toronto, which is where he's from after all, and who is going to pay for it? western resources! eastern canada wants this deficit and eastern canada can pay for it. they're all going to hell. the saying needs to change - we don't want in anymore. THE WEST WANTS OUT!
