Court of Climate Change?

The busybodies are now calling for an international court that would punish countries that fail to deal with climate change. No word on whether Canada will ratify this if proposed and passed by the UN.

I like the last few lines:

"Friends of the Earth welcomed the idea".

A spokesman said: "We think any institution that is going to promote and help people enforce their right to a clean and healthy environment is a good thing."

Hmmm. Any institutions? how about gas chambers and ovens?
