Recall of melamine-tainted chocolate

Chocolate candy imported from Communist China into Canada is being recalled from the shelves due to melamine poisoning.  This would be a perfect segue for an anti-Communist Prime Minister to re-establish his leadership bona fides with the rest of the country and explain why Canadians of all political stripes (including orange, green, and baby blue) cannot trust returning to government a party that routinely refused to speak truth to the power in Beijing.

I could have sworn Canada had a PM who had the policy and history to back that up.  What was his name again?

Harper already assumes that the conservative base, where you will find most "anti-communists" unhappily are already in the Conservative bag. His focus is the soft liberal voter who he clearly needs for his majority and for whom his policies are now directed.

too many of the wealthiest people in the world are getting fat off of trade with China for our own PM to buck them...Harper also answers to a higher authority, of whom I'm sure he's quite frightened.
