Harper and gag laws
Since Harper took the time during tonight's debate to talk about how the Conservative government has put limits on speech (though donations, and - though he didn't mention it - the continuation of the federal election gag law), I thought it would be a good opportunity to post a link to a little Supreme Court of Canada decision - Canada v. Harper, in which Harper was on the right, but losing, side.
