Auburn comes to Vancouver
Today I'm attending the Mises Circle in Vancouver where Lew Rockwell, Walter Block, David Gordon, Doug French, Tom DiLorenzo, and Joe Salerno will all be addressing the topic Choice in Currency: A Path to Sound Money.
Although the conference is registered to capacity, all you Shotgunners can get a peek inside as I'll be posting updates and photos to our twitter channel @westernstandard throughout the day.
After the Mises Institute event there's another seminar, Gold: Money & Mining Throughout the Ages, featuring Walter Block (again), Bob Hoye, and Morgan Poliquin.

While I have a low opinion of the Von Mises Institute and of libertarians in general, I won't compare them to the Nazis.
