Why John McCain could still win the election

Any other campaign would have considered Paris Hilton's "response" ad to be a minor embarrassment best avoided, or perhaps the small price to pay for the success of the inital "celebrity" ad.

Not John McCain's campaign: "Perhaps the reality is that Paris has a more substantive energy plan than Barack Obama."

Obama may have the "youth of America" enraptured by his rhetoric, but McCain is the one who's actually running the more modern campaign: replete with viral ads and blog-like snark.

It will be interesting to see if the fresher face can hold off what is now obviously the fresher campaign.

"why John McCain "could still?" win the election"???

I have no doubt in my mind that John McCain will win. He was to win as the Republican leader and he will win this election easier than good 'ol George did. When it comes right down to the time to vote...the Americans will pass on flash and go for experience. That being said, if by some cahnce, Obama does win.....this continent will be in for the roughest ride since the depression.

I want McCain to win as well.

The republican company controlled vote rigging machines....ooops... I mean vote counting machines will gaurantee it even if the people don't.

The McCain campaign response to Paris Hilton's spoof was delicious. It proves that the conservative sense of humour is in tact.

The McCain people are not quite being honest.

Paris Hilton's energy plan is better than BOTH presidential candidates'.

I don't really want McCain to win, but I want Obama to lose, and having McCain win is the only way to get that.
