This would be sure to set off a huge argument in the States . . .

. . . but I have no idea how much interest it will engender up north.  So let's give it a shot.

I miss Don Rumsfeld.

How much influence does the sec. of defence really have DJ? I watched McNamara's "Fog of War" and he seemed to have suffered the same fate as Rumsfeld. He certainly took a big piece of the blame for Vietnam. Are these guys always the scapegoats for failed policies of their bosses?
