The outlook for the Olympic propaganda exercise suddenly became much more cloudy down here.

It was our interference that caused this mess in the first place. When it was still Rhodesia and Ian Smith was prime minister , the country was the bread basket of Africa.Of course Ian was white and all the productive farms had white landlords and that was not politically correct so a trade embargo was enforced until the whites were driven out and the country was handed over to Mugabe.Why should anyone be surprised that this is the end result ?.We have enough problems at home without looking all over the world to see what we can screw up next.
