Excellent post, Kalim. Kirk Tousaw is a solid guy doing excellent in the courts for marijuana legalization.

It's a shame that the Harper government has ignored the diverse opinions within his own caucus on marijuana liberalization.

Drug abstinence is a conservative agenda. Drug prohibition is a statist agenda...and a failed one at that.
