Thanks, guys. It was an intelligent discussion.
I wish, however, that you'd pushed him more on the question of radical Islam. After all, if us 'free speechers' are enabling Nazis, surely his side is enabling radical Muslims (who are the real anti-semites today) to silence their critics.
You also didn't push him on the chilling effect that section 13 has on expression. How many editors are going to allow open debate about anything relating to Islam given the powers that the HRCs have under section 13. Kinsella seems to think that you can have legal prohibitions and open debate!
