William F. Buckley, Jr., a founder of the conservative movement in the English-speaking world -- if not in the West -- died, today.

Good riddance.
Buckley was hardly a founder of conservatism, but rather a founder of contemporary fascism and neoconservatism.
He was an eloquent enough chap, but then so was Mussolini.
I hear he is to be embalmed wheretofore the ever dwindling host of neoconservatives can exit the underside of the various rocks 'neath which they reside, and go to bown and kiss the ring of this CIA ghoul.
