The most important lesson...
Any parent can ever impress upon their wayward child... ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES .
"Parents don't often tell their children what they can expect to get for Christmas, but thanks to some creative parenting, one Toronto-area teen knows exactly what he won't be getting."

I took my 16 year old son's cell phone for a couple of months. He was having girlfriend issues that affected his school work. It did him a world of good. He learned how to plan ahead, and arrange details a lot better. He eventually thanked me for it. He has it back now but still has the lowest phone bill in the family.

Raising children is not an easy occupation. Teenage years are most dangerous. God bless parents.

The joke will be on the dad, if his son learns to love the Barbie game, plays it obsessively, and eventually turns to homosexuality on account of it.
Am I being "tongue in cheek here"? Yes, I am.
Parenting is a fractal art. Good luck to any fellow parents of teen-agers out there.
