This IS Tommy Douglas's grandchild, eh. I guess socialists don't have the answer to everything - even in their own warped minds.

This story, this celebrity, and his TV show all have an impact on the attitude of a huge number of people. The depiction of Islamic terrorists, and the methods of fighting them gets a lot of attention.

Face it, a lot of people will be devastated if the show gets cancelled

dp ~

I believe the show is on temporary hiatus, due to the Leftist writer's strike.

He'll be out long before they fil again. :)

I didn't watch the show last year, but the first couple of seasons were funny as hell. Nothing could be more satisfying than imagining swift justice for terrorists. I'm guessing the show was a really effective recruiting tool.

It's probably the only TV character that gets mentioned during political speeches and White House press conferences. Do you wonder if Sutherland's political stripe is different than Grampy's, or it's just showbiz.

You are not listening closely enough to 24. It is imbued with leftoid crap. It is poorly acted and poorly written anyway. I have watched a few epsi-sodes and like most MSM tv, it is naivist garbage.

epsi ~

I've never watched it, but from what I've heard, this last season it has turned Leftoid as you state. Supposedly, it was not like that when it first began.

Aha! You watch it.

How did Fox let leftoid crap slip into its biggest money maker?

He'll break out of the with the first 24 hours and make it Iran to kill AJad, then back to LA for lunch with Arnold.

Can't you guys read? His first clause was, "I've never watched it,"

Coming from an atlantis rising fanatic that's hilarious.

Some of you clowns are like the movie critics. If they say a movie is no good, it's usually a good bet to see! I started watching 24 last year (season 6) and am currently on Season 4 thanks to a friend who has it on DVD.

Sure it has leftist lapses, but it also shows the jihadists for what they are. (When they're not portraying the Russians/leftists Americans as the bad guys). Besides Vince Flynn is a consultant on the show and his books are awesome!

Any clown can Google a name and come up with a zillion hits. Congratulations on being a semi-savage when it comes to using a keyboard.

Now tell me, what exactly is your point?

This is sort of like a Lord of the Rings fan making fun of a Star Trek fan. They both dress up and wait in line for hours to watch ridiculous fantasies. I actually heard a Rings fan comment(angrily) that he was more sophisticated than a trekkie. Someone explain the difference to me.

"How did Fox let leftoid crap slip into its biggest money maker?"

There is a big difference between the Fox Network and cable's FOX NEWS.

Good to see someone noticed that!

Kudos, epsi!

I have to wonder out loud why this guy gets 48 days but Hilton and the other media twits get just a few? Wonder if this has a little gender bias involved?

Posted by: SW | 2007-12-06 6:12:42 PM

SW: I believe it is his 3rd offence...don't think it's because he's not wearing a dress.

Ah - so 3 drunken driving arrests gets one 48 days in jail. That sounds fair to me! (s)

There is a big difference between the Fox Network and cable's FOX NEWS.

Sure is. Fox TV has Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? which obc always loses when he plays. Go ahead obc and say "I am not smarter than a fifth grader." It will make you feel better.

O'Gotcha has no date on a Friday night? Loneliness leads you here, eh.

Too bad - so sad! :)

obc - O'Gotcha has no date on a Friday night?

You've lost your sense of time, it's still Thursday.

obc - Loneliness leads you here, eh.

If you count the number of posts I make here compared to yours it's patently obvious that this blog is your life.

We should only care about the reason this overrated lush is in the slammer. Drunk driving is a recipe for killing people, there's no excuse for it.
Apparently he was on his third offense, three strikes your IN, that's three chances to kill someone, far too many.

48 days is not enough for this criminal. A year is in order and a 3 year driving suspension thereafter.
