Brother criminal, sister thug
Yes, I know there's no material evidence linking the sabotaging of Vancouver's parks to the city's striking CUPE workers. But, really, everyone has a pretty good idea that union goons are responsible, and even the union executive isn't exactly denying the connection.
And, oh yes, in case you missed it, that sabotage consisted of strewing soccer fields with broken glass and nails. How enlightened.
Earlier in the strike, CUPE workers stood accused of vandalizing cars, assaulting a pregnant woman, and terrorizing citizens who were attempting to dispose of their garbage at a private site.

...ah I love Vancouver and its unions. Back a few years ago when I would visit my Mom, guaranteed someone was on strike. Bus, garbage, civic or something else.
I am really amazed how that city still continues to function. Must be the mass inertia.
But someday, inertia slows down.

...i really do hope Vancouver gets its act together in a next year in preparing for the Olympics, or else it will become a farce.
Starting to look like that, hired an Auzzie to do the ceremonies. Nothing wrong with Auzzies, but isn't this suppose to be Canada showcase?

Oh my there must be a mistake. Union members involved in acts of violence, sabotage etc. - just cannot be.

...speaking of the 2010 Olympics, anyone want to wager a certain minority group will be the loudest represented there?
Ah, rainbow colours and purple.

Standard Operating Procedure for union thugs and leftoids. I am not surprised in the least.

Union thugs at work. When the cable company in Montreal went on strike a couple of years back, company equipment was destroyed in the middle of the night.
If there's a strike, followed by vandalism, you can rest assured the union is behind it.
