Driving Unicorns

A Montana prosecutor has recently told a judge that he was mistaken when he requested a high bond for a drunk driver because the driver blamed the accident on a unicorn. A prosecutor explained that the “unicorn defense” is simply a part of the prosecutorial vernacular that means blaming the accident on a fictitious entity.
