XM Radio's CanCon offering

By the looks of the new channels, I think the cancon rules are just another way of saying "more french".
I think one of the channels could have been devoted to Celtic music. There isn't much on XM now and I know people have been requesting it. They could have a channel for Celtic music,then made it 50% or whatever from Canada. That would have filled a niche and satisfied the beurocrats. I am glad I have my US subscription. There is a lot that Canadians will be missing.
