The Gomery Report: Warren Kinsella's hissy fit

This inexperienced political staffer named Warren Kinsella seems to be very upset about the Gomery Report:

You'd think he'd at least be pleased that he was given significant credit for designing the Sponsorship Program that has became such an important part of Canadian history.

Dare I say it is Warren Kinsella's legacy to all of us?  Gee, thanks.

But while I wait to hear from angry lawyers, I'd like to know specifically what evidence Justice Gomery made up, as alleged in the third bullet I quoted. That's a pretty harsh statement, and it should be easy to back up. Just quote the text where something was fabricated.

Kinsella might be right. I can't say one way or the other. But then I'm not making the allegation, so it's not up to me to prove him wrong. The onus is on Kinsella to show us how he is right.

You just can't say something like that without being specific. It's like, oh, I don't know, writing a memo stating that the Prime Minister's Office and the Privy Council Office support your idea to put Chuck Guité in charge of a major department managing government communications, but not actually saying who in the PMO or PCO thinks you're right about that.

One of those put up or shut up moments.

Now that I think about it, according to the Gomery Report, Kinsella decided to shut up when someone called on him to put up on that memo.

Some people never learn.

Dear Angry.....HUH?

I don't follow...you seem to be frothing at the mouth. Hard to do in print!

Please take a deep breath, organize your thoughts and try again. I am sure there is something to your rant...maybe a point?
Anyway this is only going to get better as the days and weeks go on......and........on .

poor stupid whhhhingers - cheeer on Gomery , only to find that you're applauding an 80 + million con job to give PM the PM cover for the next election - " see I told you I didn't do anything wrong"

Kinsella's just a little-bitty player, a has-been.

The important thing is that we've seen the evidence given at Gomery and the report's findings which demonstrate, among many other things we've witnessed since 1993, that the Liberal Party of Canada is corrupt to the bone and therefore unfit and undeserving of being the Government of Canada.

My take:

Chretien v. Martin ... members of the crooked party governing a one-party banana republic fighting with desperately over leadership ... theft, intimidation, corruption, arrogance ...

Holy PRI Party - I've seen this movie before!

No - it can't be - surely the citizens and the media will get off their lazy, ignorant, socialist asses before it comes to that.

Err, TBD.

4. "He kept his cool, and the LPC remained above 55 per cent in the polls."

Ehhhh! :) I think I know what Warren means when he refers to Chretien "keeping" his... "Cool".

The point is..... no Liberals.. ever... again... for a looooong time.

steve Janke and a lot of others are putting to rest the adage that made some rounds back in the days of the Reform, Stockwell, Orchard turmoil. Something to the effect that we will live and DIE with Liberals unless sopmething drastic is done. Thanks to Steve etc.....I can die HAPPY.
