Cleaning up some unfinished business

Looks like the Left's hero, Daniel Ortega -- the Hugo Chavez of his day -- might actually answer for his mass murders. There's no anti-Ortega frenzy in the media or the "international human rights" set, as there was for Augusto Pinochet. I wonder if, as with so many others, his socialism buys him a human rights exemption sticker.

I suspect it does, unfortunately. Don't count on the New York Times' editorial page for press for a trial of Ortega.

Ortega has been able to avoid charges of theft, fraud, corruption, the murder of a security guard at a bank, and for the continuos raping of his (adoptive) daughter over a period of more than a decade. It would be nice if things finally caught up to him, but I doubt it.
