Why does this only show up on a blog

At As I Please, Lorne Gunter notes, unlike any of his colleagues, this particular under-reported political phenomenon: "... all parties but the Conservatives voted to keep funding the gun registry, by a margin of 198 to 101. Yet no one in the press corps sniggered about a 'three-way' with the separatists."

3 statist-socialist parties with no respect for the taxpayer, individual or his personal property or security...why surprised?

BTW: keeping the registry on life support ( and that is all 50mil$/yr will do as the majority of the registry laws go unenforced) is putting all these parties at odds with the Canadian public and even the MSM...the majority of who want it scrapped and the funding diverted.

Well at least respected journalist Gunter is taking note of the lack of intuitive reporting by MSM on relevant issues.
The truly sad part is that the slanted MSM Liberal biased editorials negate individual journalists views and continue to be corporate lap poodles, even in the face of irrefutable Liberal government corruption
Pity the country!

The other way to look at the issue is that every party is at the mercy of the Bloc, which, merely by taking a position on any issue (say, same-sex marriage), can force one of the other parties into an "alliance with separatists". This is the sort of nonsense the Canadian media have been peddle as long as I can remember.

Generally, Conservatives mumble some response suggesting that, no, this isn't such an alliance, etc., etc., generally suggesting that they themselves half believe the charge.

The Conservatives should take a lesson from Pierre Elliott Trudeau who knew how to treat the media with the contempt they deserve.
