In The Medicinal Herb Section
That would be right next to the munchies.

Yep, right along with the alcohol, cigarettes, sudafed cough syrup, porn... and all the other stuff that bat-shit authoritarian control-freak busy bodies like yourself feel a compelling need to control people from using, injesting, smoking, drinking, enjoying.

I wonder if there's an herbal remedy to treat a total system-wide sense-of-humour failure .....
The obvious problem with Kate's (tongue in cheek) comment is that one generally doesn't find munchies in health food stores - any more than one finds alcohol, cigarettes or porn.
And no, Exiled, we conservatives aren't the control freaks here. We tend to err on the side of freedom, and as such we fight AGAINST the current fashion jihads - against tobacco, and fast food, and the seal hunt, and whatever the moonbats target for their special favours.
And yes, this particular conservative (at least the more libertarian side of him) DOES support the wholesale liberalization of the drug laws, particularly medicinal marijuana. To deny sick people the benefit of naturally-existing treatments simply on the basis of legislative fiat is the most perverse cruelty, and totally unjustifiable.
And final point, unlike Uncle Meat in his original article, I would also feel much better having the medical marijuana supply handled by the health food industry than entrusting it to the government. (It wasn't long after pot was made a prescription drug for glaucoma, etc, that complaints were being heard about the poor quality of the government-supplied weed. Gosh, that was a shocker!)

Please define 'sick people'. Are we talking about terminal cancer patients, people enduring chemotherapy, people with a physical condition cannibis is proven to treat, or people who just feel 'kinda bleah'?
I have no problem at all with letting people in every category but the last have the stuff...
