Getting back at Bell through rotary-dial wars, or by switching to Internet phone, will only get them to lobby their buddies in the CRTC to shut down whatever it is you are doing.

If you want to fix Bell Canada or CRTC, you will have to do it at the ballot box. Hint: try to help your fellow Canadians connect the dots between getting screwed by Bell Canada and all the other ways that the Liberals screw them.
