Saddam and terror
The Hudson Institute has this excellent essay (pdf file) by Deroy Murdock on Saddam Hussein's Philanthropy of Terror. It demolishes the left-liberal argument that Iraq did not support terrorism before September 11 but that the war ("US occupation") has made it a breeding ground for anti-American terrorism. Not a lot of new material but collects the evidence that Iraq has long provided aid and comfort to terrorists, including al Qaeda. (Anyone remember the fact that Abu Nidal lived his last days there?)
