Steve Jobs and Madonna, some Western Standard housekeeping matters

Madonna_dont_tell_me_cover The Western Standard has reported on the health of Apple CEO Steve Jobs here and here. Today, metronews.ca reported that Jobs underwent a liver transplant about two months ago.

The health of Jobs is of interest to investors who hold Apple shares. Jobs is, after all, credited with developing “category-defining products” like the iPod and iPhone. Grotesquely, U.S. securities regulators are also interested in Jobs’ health, or, more accurately, the public and timely disclosure of his health to investors. The company faces an SEC investigation related to this issue.

In another follow up story, metronews.ca is also reporting that Madonna and adopted child Mercy James were united this week in London, another successful transaction in the international child trade industry. Madonna faced legal difficulties in adopting the child from an orphanage in Malawi. Here’s a little background on the story, courtesy of the Western Standard.

She is wearing a cowboy hat. Maybe she's "Alberta Bound". Though I'd bet if Madonna wrote a song called "Alberta Bound" the video wouldn't have her sitting on top of a pickup driving past windmills.

I'm just glad Steve Jobs is back on track. The return Steve Jobs will definitely raise sentiment around the value of the stock, according to CNBC. http://www.newsy.com/videos/the_core_of_the_apple He's a wonderful leader and his name has such a strong association with the Apple Brand. Congrats on being well enough to return to work, Steve Jobs! We hope for your full recovery.

Madonna is an outstanding singer. Her concerts are remembered for life. But in ordinary life would like to constantly listen to her songs. So I often Downloading them in mp3-format. For example from the site of mp3 music .
