(Video) Alan Borovoy vs. Philippe Dufresne on the Canadian Human Rights Commissions

The Canadian Constitution Foundation recently held their annual conference, entitled "Individual Freedom and the Common Good." Part of the discussion included a debate between civil libertarian and general counsel for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association Alan Borovoy, and Philippe Dufresne, Director and Senior Counsel of the Canadian Human Rights Commission's Litigation Services Division. Dr. Roy Eappan has captured at least a portion of the debate on video:

Alan Borovoy speaks "common sense". Hardly surprising that the current powers-that-be try to dismiss the man as "old" (ageist turdmongers that they are!) or "out of touch" (since when is defending "freedom of speech" esoteric?)

Canada and Canadians DESERVE what they get for their inaction on this issue.

One last thing: Remember to put aside a few bucks to contribute to Marc Lemire when he decides to SUE JENNIFER LYNCH, RICHARD WARMAN, AND THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA. If you have ANY desire to preserve Canada as a democracy, you will DO THIS!

FIRE. THEM. ALL. - is now NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

SUE. THEM. ALL...over and over in every court of law that can hear the case.
