Mike Gravel praises Sarah Palin, pro-Obama hosts shocked
Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel appeared in an interview with the staunchly pro-Obama Pacifica radio. They expected Gravel to bash Sarah Palin, and tell them what the Republicans "haven't told us about Sarah Palin." Sounds pretty ominous.
Instead of obliging, Gravel says nice things about Palin. And then takes a few shots at the Democrats for being "imperialists." Watch the video:

It's refreshing hearing someone like Gravel talk. I don't agree on many things, but at least he can reason like an inteligent adult. The left of center media has descended to a 9th grade level. At this point I can relish them blowing the democrat's chance this year. I'll almost feel bad for Obama when that happens.

Agreed, Craig--it is nice to see this kind of a response from Gravel. He seems like a decent man who doesn't give a fig for partisan politics. Good for him.

The creator of the t-shirt is Rhiannon-Marie Volpe and most likely, she is FreeAgent. Her mug is in the original photograph (the ugly blonde) and in the group photo, she's on the far right.
