Warren Kinsella reflects on American Independence Day
Warren Kinsella loves America, just not the gun rights and economic liberty. Hmm.
Here he is in his own words:
I am a One-World-Government, secular humanist, censorious Satanic leftie who gets around in a black helicopter.
But I also love America, and Americans.
As a card-carrying bleeding-heart liberal, I oppose the war in Iraq. I think it's crazy to allow crazy people such easy access to guns. And I think George W. Bush is worse than crazy – I believe he's a dangerous crazy person.
Find a comfortable place to sit, pour yourself a drink (you may want to wait until noon if you’re not Stampeding) and read this Western Standard exclusive here.

I think Warren Kinsella should just hang it up.

What a fantastic article, and what brilliance in selecting such a counter-intuitive choice - a man who at this very moment on his website describes *Vladimir Lenin* as his "hero" - to write about America on the 4th of July.
I'd like to build on this bold new paradigm by suggesting that you get Paul Bernardo to write a column celebrating Women's Day, or perhaps Marc Lalonde to pen a column on a new National Energy Policy.

Dear Matthew Johnson,
What the hell!
Kinsella is not a conservative or a libertarian. Why subject us to his bullshit?
Is it just me or is this guy nothing but a cheap shot artist?

I'm glad you're able to keep perspective on this, Mocker.

FYI. Warren has a blog entry on his site that references an article calling Mortengaler a nazi. He attributes this article to the Freemarksteyn website. It is not from there, but from a site that is linked to Steyn's. This has been pointed out to Kinsella, but he has yet to correct his posting. Also,he goes on to call Kathy Shaidle's site,Five Feet of Fury, a white supremacist site. He is wrong on both counts, but I doubt very much that he will correct either. It's too bad that we have to read him here. What's next,Garth explaining racism on this site?

Does Wornout Kinsilly really know who the hell he is or what he stands for on any given day aside from a Liberal/Lieberal/Lieberal and an apologist for same?
Confusing and trying times for Lieberals. Their Leader and his sidekick, Garth of Turncoat, flitting about desperately trying to sell their latest batch of snake oil, labeled with a copyrighted name stolen from a small company.
