Well, that didn't take long

On April 10 (last Thursday), Barack Obama was within one point of John McCain in the race to determine who will next lead my country.  The next day, his comments of "bitter" voters "clinging" to guns and religion because they are, in effect, too poor to put silly stuff like that behind them.

Hesto presto - as of this morning, Obama's unfavorable rating is higher than his favorable one, and McCain has re-opened a seven point lead (Rasmussen).

Remember when Ross Perot referred to a largely black, lower middle class audience as "you people"? It seemed pretty innocent at the time.

There will be a ground swell of reaction to Obama's comments. Not because they are terribly hurtful, but because they are so easy to manipulate into whatever meaning you perceive.

...and Bill Kristol is a cheerleader for Hillary; the new CFR toy par excellence, dp.

The only way McCain will be remembered in 2 years would be because it will be served between french fies and a coke. Hope you were not tired of your "China Lobby", DJ.

Oh also, you will still be able to critisize Ron Paul daily since his popularity will only keep on growing.
