The Post Tells the Real McCain Story
Here's the Washington Post's version of the NYT story I discussed below. Much closer to the mark.
As I said earlier, the NYT story seems basically to be what they had in December - a boring story about a lobbyist and some piddling campaign donations - sexed up and laced with innuendo.
And, for those who have difficulty comprehending the English lanugage, I didn't say that I believe Larry Sinclair's claims that he had sex with/did drugs with Barack Obama. I merely said that his claims, as bizarre as they are, are probably as or more credible than the sub-tabloid trash stunt that the Times attempted with this story.

you know, five years ago, I wouldn't believe either of these stories. but after all the scandals we have seen involving politicians and gay scandals, or drug scandals, that ARE true, i am honestly not that doubtful.

In a related story, rumors are now surfacing of an affair between Hillary Clinton and a long time campaign aide from early 2000. Watch this space!

Can crazy people make false allegations against famous ones?
Gee, let’s ask Tucker Carlson and John Fund - hardly standard-bearers for the liberal media - since they were both falsely acccused of sexual improriety by two DIFFERENT crazy people. Look it up.
Type in either one of their names and the word “rape” into Google and you’ll see it for yourself.
Any loon can make a charge against someone.
As Carlson said, it used to be that when a sex scandal broke, if the actual charge wasn’t true, at least something was - the candidate or person accused did something sexual.
Then he was accused of rape in Louisville by some woman. He spent thousands of dollars not only proving he wasn’t there at the time of the alleged rape - but also that he had never been to Louisville in this entire life!!!!
Perhaps the standard of accuracy in a major media-story should be a little higher than a self-recorded You Tube video, a self-respresented case filed in Federal Court (which would accept my lawsuit against the moon for shining too bright - if I had the filing fee) and interviews by people who’s blogs make Oliver Stone movies look like recorded bits of actual history.
Come on!

Adam Yoshida is about as credible on things like this as Bill Clinton is on oral sex with interns.
To quote Adam on Obama:
"We have to run absolutely the dirtiest and the most vicious campaign possible. We need to destroy the man, totally and absolutely. We need to crush him."
And again:
"Use friendly stations - wait until five days before the election and pay some kid to claim that Obama molested him. Do whatever it takes. Nothing done to stop him is wrong or immoral, it's all in the service of the Lord.
Whatever it takes.
Use the Islam stuff. Use the communist stuff. Stir up the Latinos. Do whatever it takes. Anything that stops him is a blessing and a just act."
Or my favorite Yoshidaism:
"And if we can't find anything good, then we make it up or do whatever else it takes.
That awful man cannot be allowed to be the President.
God, I hate him so much and there's so little I can do. And definitely, there's no way I can honestly express the depth of the contempt and hate he inspires in me."
Adam Yoshida has no credibility when it comes to Barack Obama.

JP ; the Huma - Hillary love connection has never surfaced in any significant way for a couple of reasons . The MSM wouldn`t dare try to slur , her royal thighness , Hillary Clinton , the fix has been in for 6 or 8 years now and they aren`t about to blow it . Secondly , as Mr Yoshida comments , they are the party of leather and BSM , of family destruction and nanny stateism . Such a revelation would not be sensational , in fact would be seen to be upliiifting and progreeesive . In fact it might give a NYT -like sympathy bounce to her imploding campaign . The plebes are finally realizing that the empress has no clothes and they don`t like what they see. Yikes.

I knew Hillary was getting it and I knew it wasn't from Curveball Bill. I wonder who the lucky lady is that wakes up with Hillary?
Question: Is it still considered a scandal when a politician smokes dope and commits adultery? They are the lowest form of human life. Of course they misbehave. Surely, no one is sucker enough to believe these are upstanding citizens.
