Quebec terrorist suspect: Un-Muslim
The Globe and Mail portrays suspected Quebec al-Qaeda terrorist Saïd Namouh as somewhat of a victim. The poor terrorist, hard Canadian life made him that way!
Reading through the rhetoric the summary is that he married to get into the country five years ago, had a few un-Muslim odd jobs (they said it) in between sitting on the internet and collecting welfare:
A Moroccan-born man arrested in Quebec in connection with a bomb plot had tried several times to immigrate to Canada but wasn’t successful until he married a Canadian woman nearly 18 years older than him, an ex-girlfriend says.
Saïd Namouh, 34, was detained this week on a conspiracy charge. The prosecution alleges that he plotted to detonate a car bomb in Austria, in concert with a pair of alleged al-Qaeda sympathizers in Vienna.
Mr. Namouh grew up in the coastal city of Kenitra in northern Morocco. He came to Quebec after marrying a waitress from Maskinongé, Que., who was visiting his country. She then sponsored his immigration application.
This came after Mr. Namouh had an Internet relationship with another small-town Quebec woman who tried in vain to get him a visa to Canada, said the woman, a resident of Grand Mère. Both Maskinongé and Grand Mère are in the Mauricie area, midway between Montreal and Quebec City.
For the past five years, Mr. Namouh has been in the Quebec hinterland, taking un-Muslim jobs such as washing trucks that transport pigs.(Globe and Mail)
I wish the Canadian media would stop referring to them as al-Qaeda sympathizers when the trail shows that they were heavily involved in promoting al-Qaeda. How can you sympathize with killers? Your either with them or your not.
Somebody from the Globe and Mail peeked in welfare recipient Said Namouh’s car:
Inside, a Bible, a Jehovah Witnesses’ booklet and Arabic-language printouts could be seen.
Maybe that’s why he was capable of doing the un-Muslim odd jobs… he was becoming an infidel.

Collecting welfare? What about the woman who sponsored Namouh? Couldn't she be held liable and have to pay back the government? I have a problem with those people who get so easily sucked in by Namouh-type smooth talkers. No better than those who actually charge money to sneak the illegals into the country.
And what about the bureaucrats who processed his visa? They must have had a record of his previous application and should have been alerted to the 'marriage of convenience' with the Maskinonge woman that Namouh was into?

Especially interesting is the fact that WatchTower Society literature was spotted inside the automobile of the Moroccan terrorist, Saïd Namouh. I wonder whether the Bible seen in Namouh's car was also one of the Jehovah's Witnesses own special WatchTower translations.
Why?
If Namouh actually possessed multiple pieces of WatchTower literature, then such might indicate that Namouh was intentionally using the Jehovah's Witnesses as a cover for his terrorist operations.
It might also indicate a pattern or standard procedure that foreign born terrorists are being trained to use.
In 2004-6, in the United States, a Jordanian terrorist named Mohammed Radwan Obeid also pretended to be a Jehovah's Witness as a cover for his terrorist operations.
Coincidentally, the federal courts in the United States are full of immigration cases in which illegal foreigners are falsely claiming to be Jehovah's Witnesses in order to claim that they will be persecuted if they are deported to their home countries.
I suspect that the exact same thing may be occurring in Canada.

I love how the media portrays his supposedly un-islamic tendancies as proof he's not a terrorist. Conveniently forgetting that the 9/11 hijackers all did the same exact thing (visit strip clubs, drink alcohol etc) prior to their very islamic actions on 9/11. Some people never learn.

If the stupid media in this country don't soon get it and the populace sucks up what they read written by the Hacks in the various media Rags/birdcage liners, well, let's say eventually they may just "get it" along with the rest of us.
Why are we importing any more people from the Islamic world? It should be a no-brainer to stop it, we already have more than we can monitor in the name of safety. Our Charter is another dangerous document in the mix, they have all the rights listed as soon as they land.

Oh my but he is just a poor victim. For the leftists one is never accountable for his actions and we certainly cannot say anything against the "religion of peace".
Unfortunately Sounder I do not think one can educate those who remain wilfully ignorant. Facts just remain ignored. Furthermore we do not stand a chance since our country is now run by non elected judicial activists instead of elected politicians - thanks to Trudeau again.

Iran is backward enough that it cannot handle this basic Western practice - so it must "stoop" to asking for Israel's help:

Iran's ambassador to Bangkok has requested the aid of Israeli forensics experts in identifying the bodies of 18 Iranian nationals missing after a fatal plane crash Sunday.
The Israel Police team arrived in Phuket on Tuesday to identify the bodies of eight missing Israelis.
