Talk about a quick change of heart

Have a look at this article profiling Stronach staffers from YESTERDAY'S edition of The Hill Times:

Conservative sources pointed out her [Stronach's] recent interview with The Globe and Mail on May 3 before the Conservatives' emergency caucus meeting that day in which she warned against the perils of forcing an election before certain portions of the budget are passed.

...

"It's not a leadership setup. If that ever comes to that in the future, not now, she'll put together a team, again, whatever she needs to do to help her get her job done," he [Stronach spokesman Mark Entwhistle] said.

"Politics is kind of a push, shove game in a way. Everybody's going to react. When she made those comments to The Globe and Mail, she was really conveying the preoccupations of her constituents. She wasn't making this up, it was intended to be very constructive, as part of the overall landscape. She's very supportive of Stephen in what he's doing. She believes the budget is flawed, she's appalled by the politics of the government, the way they manipulate the budget process."

(The top of the article has been updated since Stronach announced her defection.)

» NO ARNOLD from Peaktalk
That's all I can say after this morning's stunning betrayal by Belinda Stronach, a move designed solely to further her own ambitions it seems. In doing so she has shored up Martin's government regardless of the corruption it has been... [Read More]

I predict:

a) May 19, 2005 - The Liberals survive the non-confidence bote

b) May 20, 2005 - Paul Martin announces that there will definetly be an election after Gomery gives his report

c) December, 2005 - After Gomery, Martin says there is no need for an election

d) June, 2009 - the next election occurs. The Liberals win a massive majority based on a platform of anti-Americanism and anti-Western-Canada, mixed in with "all Conservatives are racist and will persecute non-Christians and gays". There is no mention of 2005 Liberal scandals.

e) June, 2014 - go to step (d)

f) June, 2019 - go to step (d)

etc. etc.

G) West gets serious about sovereignty after successful Quebec departure in 2007. President Duceppe of New France has left Alberta and BC as the sole voiceless revenue slaves of the Ontario based Kleptocracy formed in the wake of Quebec’s departure.

H) Central Canada's economy collases with the exit of AB and BC from confedration in 2010
