Stupid fashion

Young LIberals showed both their ignorance of the Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage and their contempt for the Canadian voter all in one bold stroke a few weeks back, when they handed out lapel pins at the Liberal convention reading "It's the Charter, stupid."

So what's the must-have item for the right-wing fashionista at the Tory convention this weekend in Montreal?

Oh, boy! another posting on gay marriage.

His legal reasoning is specific to the US but you can bet that Canada will see ripples from any American developments.

It makes you wonder if gay marriage hawks have really thought this through.

hey, you guys gonna cover the Conservative convention, or aren't you? one post, from yesterday, about a button?!? no analysis of the PC/Alliance rift potentially re-opening with the proposal to make delegates based on number of party members per riding; the votes on marriage, abortion, etc? nothing?

you do understand the point of blogs - breaking news and analysis - don't you?

Anon I am with you. Kevin where are the postings on the conservative convention?? I only get the WS once every two weeks, I am currently away from home and loggin in to you guys every day, only to see absolutely no coverage of the most important conservative news of the week. Now c'mon and get with it.

Beats me, guys. I stayed home to put out a magazine. None of the people we sent to the conference have blogged, nor have any of the Shotgun's two-dozen regular posters elsewhere around the country (ahem!).
