According to the Jerusalem Post (http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?pagename=JPost/JPArticle/ShowFull&cid=1090208241013):

The United States, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau and Australia voted against the resolution. The US called the vote "one-sided," and said it did not call on the Palestinians to fight terror.

Canada, Uruguay, Cameroon, Tonga, Vanuatu, El Salvador, Uganda, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands abstained.
